The State of IT Ops – Rising to the Challenge
While the news has focused almost exclusively on the effect that remote and hybrid work has had, and is having, on end users, little has been said about the effect on the IT Ops teams who support them. Almost overnight, IT Ops had to meet the business technology needs of a work-from-home (WFH) workforce while going remote themselves. This report looks at the responses of 200 IT Ops leaders to find out the state of IT Ops, what’s working, Ops leaders’ biggest challenges, and how they see the future of IT Ops.
